From 2010 to 2012 (when we were called the Vegetarian Network of Austin), we conducted several podcast interviews, in which we talked to members of the local Austin community who are active in environmentalism, health issues, animal rights and of course vegetarianism.

In our third interview, we had a long conversation with Daniela Nu–ez of Compassion Over Killing, who runs VegAustin.com, the great guide to vegetarian places, restaurants, and activities in Austin. We talked about the vegetarian community in Austin, its current state and what we can do to bring people together more and work together more. We talked so long in fact, we had to split the podcast in two!
